Each trip has been given a grade and a description of the nature of the holiday. If you are unsure we are only too happy to discuss to make sure the choosen trip is right for you.
I would like a single room is there a supplement?On most of our holidays single rooms are available although a single supplement applies and this will vary from trip to trip. In some cases there is limited availability of single rooms, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
What's included in the trip?On the trip page you will find what's included in the holiday listing. This will vary from trip to trip although as a rule all accommodation, transport and guiding are included in the total price.
Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know on booking your holiday and we can make the necessary arrangements prior to your arrival. All accommodations and restaurants that we work with are used to catering for different needs.
What clothing/equipment do I need to bring?A full clothing and equipment list is provided with your booking confirmation. For some of our holidays specialist equipment will be supplied.
Can I hire equipment/bike?Yes you can hire equipment for some trips. For all our mountain bike holidays we are pleased to use Square Wheels of Strathpeffer who offer a wide range of mountain bikes.
How do I get to the meeting point of my trip?On booking we provide information on booking on how to get to your meeting point. Most meeting points are situated at main-line railway stations and are easy to reach by bus.
Can I extend my holiday at the end of the trip?If you would like to extend your stay or would like an extra night before your holiday starts then just ask and we will be only too happy to help you with your requirements.
