If you make a booking we require and store your name (and the names of the people in your party), address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card or other payment details and information such as medical condition, which may affect your holiday. For a brochure we require and store your name, address and email address.

NWF will use your personal information to provide you - by post and/or email - with any new programme and regular updates regarding our walking trips. If you do not wish to receive any such information, please let us know.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our website.
