This is your opportunity to climb some of the most famous and spectacular hills in Scotland. Torridon's mountains are stunning; they rise straight up from the roadside and the walks start just above sea level.
During this fantastic week we traverse the sandstone pinnacles of Beinn Alligin ('Mountain of Beauty'). Stretching out from the east side of Liathach towards Loch Maree are nine magnificent tops - seven reaching more than 900m - collectively known as Beinn Eighe. Another hill on the programme is Slioch.
If the group fitness allows (part of) Liathach will be on the list! Liathach comprises of eight tops that expand east to west along some eight kilometers on the north side of Glen Torridon. We will do an easier low level / hill walk in the middle of the week to rest our legs a bit!
All in all this a classic ridge walk trip. The days are not too long, but the ascents on these big peaks are steep. Some easy scrambling is involved and a good head for heights is desirable.
